Pastor
Tom Kildea
Tom Kildea has been serving the Redeemer community as pastor since 2001. Originally from upstate New York by way of Virginia, Pastor Tom‘s journey has taken him through the restaurant business, a stint as a carpenter, and an occasional singer/songwriter. He is a NINE on the Enneagram, which makes him a natural peacemaker. He’s also an amateur radio operator. He lives in Long Valley with his wife, Janice, his kids, James, and Jenny, and their pup, Henry.

Parish Administrator
Donna Bellows
Donna has been the Parish Administrator at Redeemer since May 2019. She and her husband Scott became members of Redeemer in early 1996, after the birth of their daughter, Jessica. Two more daughters joined the family and all three grew up in the Redeemer youth program. Donna and Scott have volunteered at Redeemer in many different ways over the years. Donna retired from the US Postal Inspection Service in December 2017 after 30 years of employment, and continues to volunteer at church whenever possible.

Youth and Family Coordinator
Tammy Snoke
Tammy Snoke is the Coordinator of Youth and Family Ministries here at Redeemer. She manages a group of volunteers for weekly Sunday School classes (grades K -8th), youth groups (JAMS 3rd - 5th, Alpha 6th -8th and Luther League (High school) and summertime Vacation Bible School. Tammy is involved in getting meal items for Thanksgiving to help families in our community from Roxbury Social Services. She also sets up the annual “Giving Tree” to provide Christmas presents and meals to families in the community also through Roxbury Social Services. Tammy resides in Succasunna with her husband and her three children. Tammy loves to go on walks and hikes with their dog, loves the outdoors, the beach, kayaking and canoeing.
Social Media Coordinator
Gabby Borrero
Gabby Borrero assists with the online presence of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Ensuring that RLC is omni-present to members that are far and near, current and prospective. Gabby also assists with the RLC Podcast as well as overall maintenance to social media channels, website, and new suggestions based on market trends. She is a mother of 2 and passionate about creating communities that offer a safe space for all. You can find her at local business events, or your local park, connecting and meeting individuals.

Choir Director
Cindy Campbell
Cindy has been passionate about music her entire life. She started playing piano at age , then sang in choirs through high school and college. She begain leading her church choir in her teens and has continued through the years, serving in several churches throughout Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. Cindy has performed with The Masterwork Chorus and other community choirs and was the music director for many musical productions at the Somerset Valley Players.
Church Sexton
Matt Thompson
Matt helps with ongoing maintenance at the church. He helps with a variety of small projects (from painting to minor plumbing repair) as well as maintain the lawn during the warmer months. He also loves line dancing and is a father of 3!

Redeemer Christian School
Cindy Stevens
At Redeemer Christian School we pride ourselves by having dedicated, outstanding teachers and teacher assistants in every classroom. Each member on our staff has been fingerprinted and has had extensive background checks. Each staff member is required to maintain their professional skills and certification each year in accordance with the State of New Jersey in continuing education and each staff member is required to be certified in CPR and first aid as well. Each group teacher at RCS has a collegiate level degree in early childhood education.
I am proud to say that I have been a part of RCS since its start in 2001. It has been a pleasure for me throughout the years to welcome so many wonderful families into our "RCS Family". As a teacher of three year olds as well at RCS, I join my fellow staff in saying that we are blessed here to have the opportunity to work with our young children and see them grow in so many ways.
